Sheng Mao, hailing from Qingdao, Shandong, and an alumnus of prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University, the Central Party School, and having completed postdoctoral fellowships at Stanford University, California State University, and the University of California, Berkeley, embodies a rare blend of academic excellence and professional mastery.
 
Sheng Mao's academic trajectory is highlighted by his engagements with some of the most renowned universities globally. His foundational expertise, gained at Tsinghua University, was further enriched through advanced postdoctoral research across leading American institutions. This diverse academic exposure underpins his scholarly depth and commitment to innovation in the fields of architecture and urban planning.
 
In his professional domain, Sheng Mao has pioneered the "Integrated Human-Habitation Design" concept, securing national patent recognition for this innovative approach.
